We are currently working on behalf of a specialist care organisation who are looking for a support worker to make a difference in their service in Bromley, London. This service prides itself on providing the highest level of care to people with learning disabilities, complex and challenging needs therefore experience in supporting this client group is essential. The ideal candidate will be flexible to work a mixture of days and nights, in return you will be offered an opportunity to represent a leading organisation who will pay for and enrol you into a NVQ Level 2!

We are looking for a Support Worker who has:
·       Experience in caring for individuals with complex and challenging needs.
·       A friendly, caring approach.
·       A genuine desire to help others.
·       The ability to relate to people with a variety of backgrounds.
·       A professional, reliable, and flexible attitude.
·       The ability to work on your own or in a team.
·       Patience and a sense of humour!
