We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Recruitment Intern to join our team who has a level of English that is native or C2 in Mazarron, Murcia. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn the fundamentals of recruitment, build strong communication skills, and gain hands-on experience within the health and social care staffing sector. You’ll work closely with senior consultants, supporting the full recruitment cycle while developing your own professional confidence and industry knowledge.


We are a small, family run consultancy who provides permanent staff to the health and social care sector in the UK. This is a complete junior role to enable you to learn everything recruitment related from the administration side to the sales and recruitment side including working in the CRM and uploading CVs. You will be trained on the sales side to start searching for candidates, interviewing candidates, submitting them for roles, arranging interviews, delivering feedback and managing offers. Once confident, you will then be trained on the business development side to search for and engage with prospective clients, negotiating deals and converting them to become clients to assist with their staffing. This is an autonomo based role which could lead to an indefinite contract after 12 months.


Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Engagement

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.

  • Screen CVs and shortlist suitable applicants.

  • Conduct initial telephone screenings to assess candidate suitability.

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.


Client Support

  • Supporting consultants in managing client requirements and open vacancies.

  • Helping prepare candidate profiles and submitting them to clients.

  • Learning how to build strong client relationships through professional communication.


Administration Support

  • Updating and maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS) and our CRM.

  • Ensuring all data in our internal database is correct including contact information, location details and job title suitability.

  • Help preparing job adverts and posting them across multiple platforms.

  • Help preparing CVs for candidates we are representing.


Team Collaboration

  • Working closely with senior consultants to understand recruitment strategies.

  • Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and daily planning.

  • Contributing ideas to improve sourcing, engagement, and recruitment processes.


Skills and Qualities

  • Native English Language or C2 Level.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organised with good attention to detail.

  • Confident, proactive, and eager to learn.

  • Target driven.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Interest in recruitment, HR, or the health & social care sector.


What You Will Gain

  • You’ll start with a 12-month internship at €500 per month while you learn the full recruitment cycle. Once you complete the internship, you’ll progress into a Junior Recruitment Consultant role with a salary of €18,000 per year plus commission, giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings as you grow.
