Initial Contact & Understanding

We'll focus on listening carefully and building a good connection right away, so we can set clear expectations and communicate effectively throughout the process.
Candidate Sourcing & Qualification
We start by finding and carefully pre-screening candidates who match what you're looking for. When we present them to you, you'll receive their CV along with a Candidate Profile that explains exactly why they're a good fit for your role and how well they align with your company's culture.
Candidate Management & Placement
We take care of the details by confirming when candidates are free to interview and their potential start dates, keeping you in the loop. We also make sure to gather and share helpful feedback between you and the candidate after each interview, so everyone is on the same page and the hiring process moves forward smoothly.
Post-Placement & Relationship Management
We don't just make the placement and disappear! We'll keep in touch with both you and the new hire during onboarding to make sure everything goes smoothly from the start. We also believe in ongoing support, so we'll check in regularly to ensure everyone is happy and to build a strong relationship for the long run.
